Easy 7-Day Return Policy: If you need a replacement, simply create a return request, and we'll arrange to send you a replacement item. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a replacement.
Important Points About Our Return Policy:
- No Returns for Personal Preferences: Returns will not be accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. Please refer to the product description for sizing details.
- Inspection Required for Replacements: Replacements will only be issued after inspection.
- Unboxing Video Required: An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return request.
Our 7-Day Replacement Policy Covers:
- Wrong Item Received: Must be verified via unboxing video.
- Defective or Damaged Item Received: Must be verified via unboxing video.
Exclusions Under the 7-Day Replacement Policy:
- Any item that has been damaged or washed by the customer.
- Items not returned in their original packaging, including the original box and inserts.
- Items not in their original condition.
To Be Eligible for a Replacement:
Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging. Our team will determine, based on the unboxing video and photos shared by the customer, whether a replacement or return is warranted. The decision of our team is final.
Additional Information:
- A flat return fee of ₹100 will be charged for accepted returns related to size issues.
- For prepaid orders, if the customer is unavailable or the delivery could not be completed successfully, refunds will be credited to the in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees.
- We are not liable if the customer overpays the courier without verifying the COD amount on the bill.
- Requests received after the 7-day return policy has lapsed will not be entertained.
Approved Returns:
Approved returns will receive credit in your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for your next order. No refunds will be issued to UPI IDs or bank accounts.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued to a customer's bank account via UPI or Net Banking in exceptional cases, such as delays of multiple weeks in delivery or repeated receipt of incorrect or damaged items.
To Start a Return/Replacement:
Enter your order number and phone/email here: Start Return or Exchange. You will be given an option to return your item. Include your order number, photos, and videos of the damaged product, and any comments.
If your order is eligible for a return, we will initiate a return courier request. After the courier returns the product, we will inspect it. Upon approval, if the order is eligible, you will receive credit in your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for your next order.
If a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your location (as some do not offer return services), you will need to send the product back to us, and we will issue a replacement once we receive and inspect it.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as our Nepali Rudraksha range, cannot be returned or replaced. We do not issue refunds for our premium range products, but we offer a free 6-month replacement. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
